From first consultation to ongoing programme delivery

INITIAL CONSULTATION

The fitness consultation begins with a structured interview covering physical history, training experience, current activity levels, lifestyle schedule, and defined goals. This session shapes every subsequent decision in the personal training programme and establishes the outcome metrics used for progress tracking.

PHYSICAL EVALUATION

A physical evaluation assesses movement quality, strength baselines, cardiovascular capacity, and flexibility. Evaluation findings determine appropriate starting loads, identify movement restrictions requiring correction, and highlight any areas needing particular attention in the personalised workout plan.

PROGRAMME DESIGN

Fitness programme design translates consultation and evaluation data into a structured training plan. Exercise selection, training frequency, load progression, and recovery scheduling are all specified. The custom training programme is written to drive the target adaptation with available equipment and within the client's time commitments.

DELIVERY & REVIEW

Programme delivery includes regular coaching sessions, progress reviews, and plan adjustments based on accumulated training data. Fitness coaching consultation at this stage validates that the programme is producing the intended adaptation and refines variables to maintain continued progression.
